The screened porch has a full dining area, mini-frig, ceiling fan, and a comfy day bed for those lazy summer days. The family room has board games and books for all ages. You can cozy up on the large sectional to watch movies together at night or snuggle in the “egg” chair with a cup of coffee. Although there is no cable, there is a DVD player and free WiFi, as well as streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. And for extra fun, there is a two-mic karaoke system as well! The inside dining seats six, but there are also an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, new chef knives, new cooking pans, griddle, slow cooker, all utensils, two sets of dining ware, coffee maker (Dunkin Coffee)! We have spices, sugar, flour, oil... you name it! Even cookbooks for inspiration. There is a propane grill stored in the garage that is easily movable to outside the porch that is lit with fun string lights. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, detergent all supplies in kitchen and laundry area with new large washer and dryer provides, as well as drying racks for the bathing suits. We have beach towels and sunscreen for all! Three gorgeous bedrooms: the bunk room has two sets of bunks, with the bottom bunk being a full-size mattress with reading lights. It is recently remodeled in a precious nautical themed. Stored in the bunk room are a high chair and a baby tub for easier use of the shower; the guest bedroom has a lovely floral theme and provides a cozy quiet retreat; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, high ceiling and is decorated in soothing lake colors. All bedrooms have closets, hangars, and dressers. Located just outside the screen porch is the best feature of the cottage, the fire pit! Chairs, drink holders, marshmallow grilling poles, blankets are all provided. You will find beach accessories in the garage: kayaks, chairs, coolers, an umbrella, floats, toys, and a bike. This nicely renovated home is located a short walk from the public beach, Kids corner family park, and all that downtown South Haven has to offer. There's enough room ten guests. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, a beautifully redone kitchen and dining area. In the lower level there are 4 single beds as well as a couple of couches, a ping pong table, 2 televisions and a half bath.  We also have kayaks, paddle boards and bikes!
